Why 'Gold Standard' Days for Girls Kits? "Patterns have been developed based on the wisdom of those we serve. We know that if current patterns are followed using approved materials, DfG Kits can be an ideal long-lasting solution.  To honor this, we have developed objective definitions and tools for you to achieve Gold Standard DfG Kits. We invite you to join us in our commitment to global quality and consistency by using these resources. The beauty of her DfG Kit will be a reminder that she matters, continuing to shatter the stigma surrounding menstruation long after it’s received."

International Women’s Day  Days for Girls International joins the world in honoring the 1.5 million Ukrainian refugees whose health and wellbeing are now under threat – including countless women, girls and people with periods. That's why DFGI is dedicating our She Can Do It spring campaign to the expansion of our global humanitarian efforts. Our goal is to raise $250,000 to reach 30,000 displaced women and girls by Menstrual Hygiene Day, May 28th!

Too often, the unique needs of women and girls are left out of conflict and disaster responses - leaving those who menstruate without access to adequate period care. Days for Girls is on a mission to shift this trend, by making sure menstrual health is prioritized in emergency interventions for displaced people with periods.
